Delivery Policy

At Glintopin, we understand how important it is for your artwork to arrive safely and in perfect condition. We are dedicated to providing reliable, timely, and secure delivery services to ensure that your experience with us is as seamless as possible. Below are the details of our delivery policy:

  • Shipping Methods: To ensure that your artwork arrives on time and in excellent condition, we partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We use their services to deliver artwork both domestically and internationally, with tracking numbers provided for all shipments.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Our team carefully inspects each piece before dispatch to ensure the quality and integrity of your order. Once your artwork is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can monitor your order’s progress every step of the way.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and size of the artwork. Domestic shipping costs are typically lower, while international shipping rates vary depending on the country. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international orders and will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Time: For domestic orders within the United States, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take 10-14 business days to arrive, depending on your country and the shipping method selected. Please note that some countries may experience delays due to customs processing.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: We take extra care in packing your artwork to avoid any damages during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we will either arrange for a replacement item or issue a refund.

  • Packaging: To ensure the safety of your art during transit, we use professional-grade materials for packaging. This includes reinforced packaging and custom padding to prevent any damage. For large or delicate pieces, we may also use additional protective measures such as framing or crating.
