Delivery Policy – Glintopin

At Glintopin, we understand how important it is for your artwork to arrive safely, promptly, and in pristine condition. Our Delivery Policy outlines the measures we take to ensure your experience with us is seamless, from the moment you place your order to the moment your artwork arrives at your door.


1. Shipping Methods

To guarantee secure and timely delivery of your artwork, Glintopin partners with trusted global carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally to most countries worldwide. All shipments include tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor your order in real time and plan for its arrival.

Our team selects the most appropriate carrier based on your location and the nature of the artwork to ensure a balance of safety, speed, and cost-effectiveness.


2. Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation to minimize waiting time while ensuring quality control.

Before dispatch, each artwork is carefully:

  • Inspected to ensure it meets our strict quality standards.

  • Documented for condition and packaging.

  • Secured using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow the journey of your artwork from our studio to your home.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Shipping destination (domestic or international)

  • Size and weight of the artwork

  • Selected shipping method and delivery speed

For international orders, please note:

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand applicable fees before placing an order.

Glintopin is committed to transparency, and all shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 10–14 business days after shipment.

Please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We will keep you informed and assist in tracking your order throughout the process.


5. Packaging Standards

Ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition is our top priority. To achieve this, we use professional-grade packaging materials and methods, including:

  • Reinforced, shock-resistant boxes for added protection.

  • Custom padding and corner protection to prevent impact damage.

  • Crating or reinforced framing for large, heavy, or fragile pieces to prevent bending or breakage during transit.

Our packaging process is designed to preserve the integrity and beauty of your artwork, ensuring it arrives ready to display or gift immediately upon receipt.


6. Damaged or Lost Orders

While we take every precaution to prevent damage or loss during transit, issues may occasionally occur. If your artwork arrives:

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • Lost or missing upon delivery

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@glintopin.com or calling 360-469-9017.

Once we receive your report, our team will:

  • Work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

  • Request photos of the damage (for claims and resolution).

  • Provide timely updates throughout the resolution process.

Based on the investigation, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement shipment of the same artwork (if available), or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method if replacement is not possible.

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us, and we will work diligently to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
