1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following circumstances:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a refund or replacement.

  • Deadline: Within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Requirements: Provide clear photos or videos of the damage/defect, including the original packaging if possible.

1.2 Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from your order:

  • Deadline: Within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Requirements: Submit proof (photos/videos) of the incorrect item for verification.

1.3 Non-Satisfaction (Change of Mind)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage or error, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Deadline: Within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Requirements:

    • Item must be unused, in original condition.

    • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories.

    • Subject to a 15% restocking fee.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items (including prints with custom text or design).

  • Items damaged due to improper handling (heat, moisture, misuse).

  • Used or altered items without original packaging.

  • Clearance or sale items unless damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

  • Reason for return.

  • Clear images/videos (if applicable).

3.2 Receive Return Authorization (RA)

If your request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with detailed shipping instructions.

3.3 Package and Ship the Item

  • Securely package your item to prevent damage during return transit.

  • Clearly write the RA number on the package.

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method for your protection.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs.

  • For Non-Satisfaction (Change of Mind) Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier for security.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Processing time may take up to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies only to non-satisfaction returns.

6. Replacements

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • We are not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing.
